いろいろな「懐かしい情景」を思いつきます。
今回は、物干し場とトタン壁にこだわってみました。
I come up with various “nostalgic scenes”.
This time, I was particular about the clothesline and the galvanized iron wall.
＜物干し場＞ <Clothesline>
使い込まれた「手ぬぐい」が干されています。
壁には、今回初登場の都市ガスのメーターを取り付けています。
人があるかないところには草が生え、人の目の死角となるところには、伸びて枯れた草を設置しました。
物干し場の柱の根元には、丁度いい大きさの石を置き、いい雰囲気を出しています。
「手ぬぐい」はエアコンの風程度で揺れるようにかけられていますので、時折動く手ぬぐいに癒されます。
The used “Hand towel” is dried.
The wall is equipped with a city gas meter that first appeared this time.
Grass grows where there are no people, and grows and withers where it becomes a blind spot for human eyes.
A stone of the right size is placed at the base of the pillar of the clothesline to create a nice atmosphere.
“Hand towel” is swayed by the wind of the air conditioner, so it is healed by the occasional moving Hand towel.
＜トタン壁＞ <Galvanized iron wall>
トタン壁には「映画ポスター」を貼りました。
このトタン壁の演出効果は絶大で、一気にレトロ感がアップしています。
I put a “movie poster” on the galvanized iron wall.
The effect of this galvanized iron wall is enormous, and the retro feeling is improved at once.
＜その他＞ <Others>
取り外したガラスの木戸を壁に立てかけ、ホーロー看板が隠れています。
本来、こういう所は見せたい気持ちでいっぱいとなりますが、実際に生活している人にとっては、そんなことを考えることは少ないと思います。
The removed glass wooden door stands against the wall, and the enamel sign is hidden.
Originally, this kind of place is full of feelings of wanting to show, but I think that it is rare for people who are actually living to think about such things.
古い感じが出ているのですが何か物足りなさを感じます。
ブラウン管テレビの光の反射は、結構気に入っています。

I really like the reflection of light on CRT TVs.
物干し場の屋根は、壁のトタンとは違う色にしました。
枯れ葉が多く積もっていて、どこか晩秋を思い出させてくれます。
The roof of the clothesline has a different color from the tin on the wall.
A lot of dead leaves are piled up, and it reminds me of late autumn.
電柱と室内、物干し場にLEDライトを設置しました。
今回は、3か所で明かりが灯ります。
LED lights have been installed on utility poles, indoors, and on the clothesline.
This time, the lights will be lit in three places.
まとめ summary
「手ぬぐい」が揺れる。
模型は、置いておくと動きが無いものという概念から、自然に動く部分があるという演出を加えた作品となりました。
しかも、電池で動かすという動きではなく、エアコンや扇風機や窓から入り込む風で動くという、電気仕掛けでは到底無理な不規則な動きを可能にしました。
この気付きは、今後の作品にも影響しそうです。

The model is a work that adds the effect that there is a part that moves naturally from the concept that it does not move when left.
What’s more, instead of moving with batteries, it is possible to move with an air conditioner, a fan, or the wind coming in through a window, which is impossible with an electric device.
This awareness is likely to affect future works.
