軒先のシートの色を変えてみました

早速ですが、今回完成した作品と今までのを比べてみます。
Immediately, let’s compare the completed work with the previous ones.
小さいパーツもだいぶ進化しているのですが、正面の屋根がトタンになりました。
その下で揺れている軒先のシートも紅白から黄色と黄緑のストライプに変化しました。
比較すると、瓦屋根の時よりも軽く、紅白のストライプの時よりも親近感が出たように思います。
The small parts have evolved a lot, but the front roof has become galvanized iron.The eaves sheet swaying underneath also changed from red and white to yellow and yellow-green stripes.
By comparison, it is lighter than the tiled roof, and I think it feels more intimate than the red and white stripes.
身近なところに素材はある
There are materials around us
普段、パーツの色などを変更する時、ネット検索からイメージにある画像や素材を切り出して印刷し、加工することが多いのですが、軒先のシートの素材はなかなか見つかりませんでした。
コレ！というものがあっても縮小に耐えられなかったり、思うようなストライプの幅にならなかったりで、半ばあきらめていました。
ふと、自分の机に目をやった時、驚きました！
『これだ！』
Usually, when changing the color of parts, I often cut out the image or material in the image from the net search, print it, and process it, but I could not find the material of the sheet at the eaves.
this! Even if there was something like that, I couldn’t stand the shrinkage, and the width of the stripes wasn’t as wide as I expected, so I gave up halfway.
Suddenly, I was surprised when I looked at my desk!

丁度読んでいた池井戸潤「空飛ぶタイヤ」。
このストライプが、なんともイメージにピッタリ合いました。
このままでは、小説のタイトルが邪魔になると思い、裏を見ると…
このままスキャンすれば、十分に使えそうな面がありました。

スキャンする時は、そのままの原寸大でスキャンします。
出力されたストライプの上に、今まで使用していた紅白のストライプのシートを重ね、デザインナイフで輪郭をカットすれば、色違いの軒下のシートの完成です。
こういうひらめきがあるから情景づくりは楽しいのです。
身近なものを組み合わせて再現していく過程は、工夫の連続です。単に組み立てるだけではない「楽しさ」を味わえるのがとても良いです。
「あれを使ってみようかな？これの方が良いかな？」
こんなふうに悩んでいるときも楽しいですし、そのヒラメキがピタリとハマったときには、得も言われぬ満足感でいっぱいになります。
When scanning, scan at the actual size as it is.
Overlay the red and white striped sheet that you have been using on the output stripe, and cut the outline with a design knife to complete the sheet under the eaves in different colors.
Creating a scene is fun because of this inspiration.
The process of combining and reproducing familiar things is a series of ingenuity. It is very good to enjoy the “fun” that is not just assembled.

It’s fun when I’m worried about this, and when I’m addicted to it, I’m filled with indescribable satisfaction.
